26apt was founded by Julia Mateian. Julia started working on social media while completing her Master in Marketing at HEC Montreal, Canada. Fascinated by the blogosphere phenomenon, she wrote a thesis on the impact of collaborations in between luxury brands and fashion bloggers on consumers.

She quickly developed an interest and passion for social media and decided to make it her career in 2014. Julia moved to Paris in 2016 to explore the European market. Her management and marketing expertise led her to start recruiting and representing talents worldwide.

After more than 500 successful partnerships with prestigious brands, Julia and her associate, Fred, founded 26apt.

26apt ; Julia’s first lifestyle blog was called The 26th Look. She then founded her fashion brand, Shop The 26th Look. From her Parisian apartment, she created her agency 26apt.
